Non-emergency Transportation

Transportation to and from medical appointments, available with
  1. Medicare as the primary insurance
  2. Private insurance, please contact your insurance to discuss transportation options
  3. Medicaid (OHP, EOCCO), contact GOBHI at least two days prior to appointment, 877-875-4657 [If transportation to a medical appointment is needed that is not covered by Medicaid (out of network provider), the ride will be charged at full price. See below for charge estimate.]
Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays
There is a 40% co-pay based on round trip transport costs. See below for co-pay estimate
  1. An invoice is provided that shows pickup address, destination, cost, co-pay and date of ride
  2. Co-pay is payable by check, cash or money order
Rides are provided to Pendleton, Hermiston, Milton-Freewater, Irrigon, Boardman, Umatilla, Walla Walla and Tri-cities only, at this time
Pharmacy stops available following appointments only, must be prearranged by contacting CAPECO Transportation Coordinator, 541-278-5696

Ambulatory- walkers, crutches, canes and/or no assistance needed
