Default & Foreclosure Prevention

Counseling

Our counseling is designed for homeowners in financial distress.  Default and Foreclosure Prevention Counseling focuses on explaining loss mitigation options (i.e., repayment plans, loan modifications, short sales) and working with the borrower to identify steps that might prevent foreclosure through education, counseling and other resources, including creating an emergency budget.
