Case Managed Evergy Assistance Program

The purpose of the case managed energy assistance program is to offer households receiving energy assistance or weatherization an opportunity to move toward economic stability.  We recognize this goal cannot be accomplished unless the case manager works with willing households to identify and address unique and multiple challenges to achieving self-sufficiency.
