Helping Hand

Helping Hand is a partnership between: CAPECO, First United Methodist Church, and Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, St. Mary’s Outreach, and the First Presbyterian Church.  This unique partnership allows for a broad delivery of services available in a one-stop setting.  Services are for the local Pendleton area includes: rent, utilities, prescription, food (on Friday only), fuel, laundry, and other needs deemed necessary for self sufficiency.  The local Pendleton area refers to Adams, Helix, and Pilot Rock.
