Helping Hand

Helping Hand is a partnership between: CAPECO, First United Methodist Church, and Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, St. Mary’s Outreach, and the First Presbyterian Church.  This unique partnership allows for a broad delivery of services available in a one-stop setting.  Services are for the local Pendleton area and may include rent, utilities, prescriptions, food (on Friday only), fuel, laundry, and other needs deemed necessary for self sufficiency.  The local Pendleton area includes Adams, Helix, and Pilot Rock.
