Emergency Services

CAPECO’s Emergency Service Programs specialize in providing rapid response to clients having personal or economic crisis.  Assistance varies due to funding, however we attempt to address the basic needs of our clients in Hermiston, Pendleton and Milton-Freewater through rent, utilities, and lodging assistance.  In Pendleton additional services may be available such as prescription assistance, fuel vouchers, and laundry vouchers.

Services are provided through two locations:

Hermiston and surrounding areas, Morrow, Wheeler, Gilliam Counties are served through:
