Description of CAPECO

As a certified Community Housing Development Organization approved by Oregon Housing and Community Services, CAPECO is eligible for operating support when conducting development efforts. CAPECO focuses on four key social service needs in east central Oregon. These needs include: Community Services and Energy, Enterprise Development, Area Agency on Aging and Workforce Development.
